We are a Health Care Staff and Residential Service Agency offering services to private homes and facilities in Maryland for over 25 years. During this time, the agency has provided hundreds of families with private duty services including Geriatric Home Care, Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care, as well as Disabled and Post-surgery Care.
We are known for providing affordable and reliable home care services including Skilled Nursing Care, Regular RN visits, Companionship, Personal Care and Hygiene, Monitoring of Vital Signs, Medication Management, Light Housekeeping, Meal Preparation, Accompanying to Appointments, and more. We make it our priority to ensure all our staff is properly screened and has necessary experience and attitude to deal with various types of circumstances. We provide RNs, LPNs, GNAs, CNAs, MTs, and sitters/companions on an hourly and live-in basis.

Our professional staff of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, Home Health Aides, and Live-In Companions have been carefully interviewed. We perform criminal background checks and the professional and personal references are thoroughly researched in order to ensure the high quality performance we expect from our team. We also perform skills survey and provide an orientation.
We learn about our clients’ needs via an assessment process.
We arrange for a member of our staff (RN) to visit patient’s residence to discuss plan of care, requirements, and any special needs. We consult family members and healthcare professionals involved in patient’s care to make sure we propose the most appropriate nursing staff. All our assessment visits are complimentary.
We recommend best nurses to suit each client’s individual needs.
When assigning caregivers to patients, we consider multiple factors. We review skills necessary to provide the best care and consider personalities to make sure each patient is comfortable with a caregiver. We constantly assess each match to make sure the proper care is delivered and any changes are made if necessary.
