I need help. How do I start?
Call us anytime or send us a message to tell us a little about your needs. After discussing the scope of services, we arrange for our Registered Nurse (RN) to perform a free assessment and consult family members involved in patient’s care. We then design a plan of care and match the right nurse to suit your individual needs.
What is the minimum amount of care I can request?
We customize our services to meet your individual needs. Our nurses are available from four to 24 hours a day. We offer hourly, daily, and live-in service packages based on your individual needs.
Do you accept private insurance?
Yes. We accept private insurance payments. We work closely with your insurance company to make sure all the required documentation is submitted and the billing process is as easy for you as possible.
What are your credentials?
We are a nursing agency serving Maryland for over 25 years. The agency is licensed and bonded, and carries liability insurance. We are licensed by the Maryland Department of Health, Office of Health Care Quality: Residential Service Agency License No. R2193, Health Care Staff Agency License No. HCS0602001.
